Alumni Visiting Guide

Introduction:

Our alma mater welcomes alumni to visit the school, fostering a sense of love for the school and allowing teachers to stay updated on alumni's recent endeavors. As alumni, being stakeholders of the school, it is important to uphold the traditional values and culture of the institution while adhering to its educational principles. Therefore, alumni are required to follow the "Alumni Visiting Guidelines on School Days" set by the alma mater.

(A) Definition of Alumni:

"Alumni" refers to individuals who have previously studied at our alma mater (NLSI Peace Evangelical Secondary School).

(B) Guidelines for Alumni Visiting on School Days:

1. The primary responsibility of the alma mater is to care for the students within the school. Alumni visits should not disrupt teaching, the learning of junior students, school activities, or the normal operation of the alma mater.
2. Alumni should make prior arrangements with the teachers before visiting the school.
3. Alumni returning to the school should dress modestly and maintain an appropriate hairstyle. This demonstrates respect for the alma mater and sets a positive example for junior students. Those who do not meet the dress code may not be accommodated.
4. Upon arrival, alumni should register at the reception and wear the provided "Alumni Name Tag."
5. After registration, alumni should wait at the reception for staff to notify the respective teachers for reception.
6. During the visit, alumni should stay on the first and second floors.
7. If alumni do not comply with the above guidelines, the alma mater reserves the right to refuse their visit.
8. The following activities are not open to alumni: whole-school trips, comprehensive days, Christmas celebrations, graduation ceremonies, student union activities, teacher appreciation banquet, and subject-specific days (such as Lunar New Year activities), except for alumni specially invited by the school.
